Cookie policy

This page lists every cookie CarersDoc sets in your browser, what it's for, and how long it lasts. CarersDoc does not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies, on the app or on the carersdoc.com marketing site.
What we use
We use a small number of cookies that are either strictly necessary for the platform to work (signing in and protecting forms) or store a functional preference (your chosen language, whether you've seen the cookie notice, and whether you chose to trust this device at sign-in). Under the ICO's guidance on the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), neither category requires opt-in consent; but we still believe you should know exactly what's set, so we list them below.

What we don't use
CarersDoc does not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, social media trackers, or any third-party analytics service. We do not share cookie data with marketing platforms. We use Sentry for error monitoring; with our current configuration it sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser on carersdoc.com pages, and error reports are scrubbed of personal data before they leave our infrastructure. If that configuration ever changes, we will list any new cookies here before they are set.
Changes
We will update this policy whenever the set of cookies changes. The version date at the top reflects the last change.
